The VIA Institute on Character (www.viacharacter.org) is a non-profit organization that systematically explores what is best about human beings. With the aid of scientifically validated character strengths assessments (VIA Survey) for youth and adults, VIA helps individuals learn about character strengths and how to apply them to their personal pursuits and relationships to achieve greater life satisfaction, social good, and actualization of potential. Through years of experience offering the VIA Survey, the VIA Institute on Character has collected a vast knowledge base on how to interpret and use the results of the VIA Survey to help individuals, teams and organizations reach their highest potential.
