University Rehabilitation Institute, Republic of Slovenia Soča is the central national healthcare institution offering comprehensive rehabilitation to patients with impairments of motor functioning and work abilities. URI Soča is composed of seven medical departments and five centers. The medical departments carry out comprehensive outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation of adults and children.
