The Fellows at The Falls Church Anglican offers a nine-month, Christian leadership development program for recent college graduates at the intersection of faith and work. It focuses on intentional vocational growth through a paid internship, practical discipleship experiences and graduate studies, service opportunities, and family living, all in the context of a community of believers.
