She has also taken many continuing education courses such as trauma-informed yoga teacher training through Yoga Behind Bars, workshops through Yoga International and more. Having taught hundreds of classes at gyms, studios, homes, online, in businesses and residential communities, Naiana Yoga is capable of teaching all levels of yoga practitioners.
