Founded in April, 2009, International Partnering Institute (IPI) is the only construction organization devoted to research and education of Collaborative Partnering concepts and techniques in construction project settings. We wish to work closely with owners, contractors, designers, and CM firms who are committed to understanding and implementing Collaborative processes to improve their Construction outcomes. The International Partnering Institute (IPI) is a 501(c) (3) non-profit corporation. IPI is funded by revenue raised from member contributions, training seminars, and professional certifications.
