Hello, everyone! My name is Radislav Gandapas. Having invested many many hours in and around the subject of public speaking, I’ve made the topic a centerpiece of my life’s work. Building on this platform, I’ve delved deeply into the parallel sphere of leadership. And I have built workshops for those wishing to develop their personal skill base. Fortunately for me, this work has not gone unnoticed. I have been voted ‘Best Coach in Russia’ on 3 separate occasions. I am the best-selling author of twelve books about leadership, public speaking, and personal effectiveness, published in seven languages. One of my books (“Leadership Charisma”) was awarded the highest accolade of a “ru.net” Book of the Year award and was declared the best Russian business book of 2013. About a hundred speeches around the world about leadership, personal effectiveness, and achieving success for hundreds and thousands of participants. The maximum amount of audience for my speech is 28 000 people. I was on stage with Allan Pease, Brian Tracy, Robin Sharma, Kjell Nordstrom, John Gray and Marshall Goldsmith. I used to give over a hundred interviews to different media every year. At 2020 I am in the list of TOP-30 Global Gurus (Ranked #27). I am Honorary Professor of the Synergy Business School. I worked with top Russian & international brands: Alfa-bank, Sberbank, MTS, Sibur Holding, Russian Railways, Russian Aluminum, IBM, BP, MTV, Nornickel, Olympic Sochi Committee-2014. Consulted famous Russian and CIS top managers, deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. I am the President of CISSA.
