Our highly skilled engineers complete new heating installations, servicing and breakdowns. PropCert will continue to expand its offering to ensure demands of the blue chip clients and housing associations are met. Electrical Division Following on from an EICR, PropCert are able to quote for and complete any range of remedials or installation work required. Quotes that are easy to read and break down the jargon of the industry allow our customers to fully understand the process of what's required and how it can be achieved. In 2021 the electrical division launched its nation offering of Electric Vehicle Charging Point installations.
