The Public Diplomacy Corps. Foundation (PDC) is a Netherlands-based NGO, acting under the auspice of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of The Russian Federation. Founded in 2004, the PDC has since made it its main goal to boost and promote the relationship between Russia and the EU, through the creation, organization and ultimate implementation of various events in the Public, Business and Cultural fields. The PDC also constantly aims to endorse individuals and organizations which contribute to the positively developing EU-Russia relations in the sectors of business and culture.
