Terbium Partners was formed in August 2019 to address the growing need for private credit in the natural resources space. We achieve this whilst maintaining a strong ESG focus on transactions, applying innovative solutions aimed primarily at reducing the carbon footprint of our borrowers. Our core team, each with over 25 years experience in top tier banking and trading institutions, recognised the changing bank regulatory environment and the ability to fill the void left by new capital requirements being placed on bank lending to the sector. Each member brings a specific complementary skillset covering credit risk analysis, structuring, origination, risk management and physical commodity trading experience.
