Upper Cumberland Commercial was founded in March 2017. We saw an unfulfilled need in the Middle Tennessee/Upper Cumberland Area. As the commercial industry grows, the need for a business-only firm also grew. Thus, Upper Cumberland Commercial was born. With a desire to share our expertise, we started working right away. Our focus is all commercial, all the time. By not splitting our time between houses and business real estate, we can better serve our clients by not only being more aware of available properties, but also having a much more business oriented mindset.
