Kontis d.o.o. was founded on June 6, 2005 and is entirely a privately-owned company. On average, we employ between 60 and 90 workers, mostly welders (TIG/GTAW, MAG and ELEKTRO/REL/SMAW), pipefitters, machinist and auxiliary workers in the pipeline construction. After many years of experience and a whole series of successfully completed projects across the European Union, in early 2019, our company established its own educational center: Kontis Educational Center (KEC). The core objective of the established center is to train the newly employed workers and improve the existing workforce’s performance in welding and piping operations at the worksites of our company- at home and abroad. Through this, we strive to improve the quality and efficiency of our work processes and ensure the stability and development of our company on the domestic and foreign markets. The mission of our company is to permanently develop the value of our business through empowering our employees' competences, by involving them in continuous education, with the goal of gaining and improving practical knowledge and enhancing their work experience. Our vision is to develop a company positioned in the very top of the metal processing industry.
