The Institute for Generative Leadership was founded to provide leadership and management development and education that strengthens the impact of already successful leaders and managers, improves organizational performance, and produces a positive impact in the world. The Institute also provides senior professional coaches with programs to increase the impact and value of their coaching in the organizational context. Learning in our programs is done through recurrent practice with the actual commitments, challenges and opportunities participants face in their work and lives to produce embodied pragmatic skills and the capacity to produce more powerful leadership contexts for those they lead. The approach is hands on and focused on producing results in the world, not on academic or conceptual study.
