I have learned over the years that the perception of our life experiences is merely a result of the past experiences and beliefs to which we then apply a thought, a judgement, an emotion, resulting in our experience at any given moment. Coming to this realization and then doing a deep dive into the cause of the unwanted results we experience in life, becomes the greatest gift we can give ourselves and others.
