We’re using co-creation and dialogue to shape innovative legal investment practices to finance the transition to a sustainable society. We are legal professionals with expertise across the entire investment value chain. Our background includes impact investment, development financing, asset management, ESG benchmarks, legal design, human rights, governance, and much more. A team of experts in technology and digitalization is supporting us to achieve our mission. Our first step is to co-create an Impact Term Sheet with a focus on 5 Building Blocks: incentives, exits, governance, reporting, and stakeholders. We are building a digital Platform of Gratitude to expand beyond borders and geographies by using the power of law, technology, and design.
