Not a 'go-fer' program...industry professionals and experienced mentors lead high school and college students in development, pre-production, post-production, and distribution techniquest while they participate directly as crew members of community and commercial productions. Often referred to as a 'Farm Team' for broadcast production, many students use the BroadcasTeen experience and connections to guide their higher education paths or go directly into part and full-time roles in a variety of industries.
