Tamar is a social landlord or housing association based in and around Plymouth. Tamar manages over 600 properties in the Plymouth travel to work area, and is continuing to develop new properties all the time. The majority of properties are in Plymouth, but we also have properties in Cornwall, West Devon and The South Hams. Tamar exists to manage, develop and maintain sustainable and affordable homes in neighbourhoods where people choose to live. We will endeavour to work with others to identify and meet the needs of our residents and the local community
