Typically we are invited in by creative agency leaders and owners who are looking to grow their agency and see potential to grow existing accounts. They often feel frustrated their client service team is not being pro-active with clients and actively looking for new ways to add value to existing clients and spotting growth opportunities. Some recognise they don't have a systematic agency-wide approach to client growth or haven't provided any sales training to their account handlers and recognise they haven't received any formal sales training themselves to be able to provide any guidance or roadmap.
