I am a true believer that a good fit for a job is ensured by matching soft skills such as ‘communication’, ‘open minded’ or ‘self confidence’ to the required job profile rather than using a rigid set of diplomas, technical skills and previous experience evidence. I am here to support current or future candidates on the labour market to identify their strengths and start looking at job profiles from a soft skills perspective.
