We are a group of NHS professionals, Consultants and GPs, who have extensive experience in providing coaching services to doctors for ten years, working with the ‘London Deanery’ (more recently, HEE London) and won the National Leadership and Innovation Agency for Healthcare Award in 2011 for the best learning and development strategy. We have coached over 3,000 clients over this period and have become known as a group of highly accomplished and accredited coaches. We are aware of the value that coaching can provide to clinicians at all stages of their careers, particularly during training, at times of transition and when taking on new leadership roles.
