A 501c3 non-profit providing accessible, trauma-informed, no-cost, yoga and meditation practice to under-resourced and trauma-impacted communities. We hire yoga and meditation teachers, who are from, or directly connected with, trauma-impacted communities, who have utilized yoga and meditation in their own process and desire to share what they've learned back with their community. As an example, all of our classes for Veterans are taught by Veterans and all of our classes for Addiction Recovery are taught by someone who is sober and has been in recovery for an extended period of time. We work with every type of community possible and all of our classes are always provided at no cost to the non-profits and humans we serve. In addition to our service work, we offer by-donation (no minimum donation) workshops, classes and trainings for anyone interested in learning about trauma, yoga and meditation. We believe that everyone who seeks to safely utilize and share the practices of yoga and meditation, should have access to the tools and techniques to do so, regardless of their financial circumstances.
