The Enterprise Leadership Conference (ELC) is designed to help develop the leadership and presentation skills of 96 industrious high school juniors from throughout Silicon Valley. It is an innovative, informative and interactive experience that provides a strong foundation for college business courses. Our Mission Statement as the Alumni committee is to create a community of San Jose & Los Gatos Rotary ELC Alumni to provide opportunities for internships, employment, funding, mentoring, guest speaker events, and Rotary membership opportunities.
