LABORERS' UNIONS AND CONTRACTORS WORKING TOGETHER -- NW LECET is a Cooperation Fund, established under the Labor-Management Cooperation Act of 1978 (29 USC 175a) as a non-profit organization creating a partnership team between Contractors and the Laborers’ International Union of North America. We provide far-reaching support to contractors in order to enable them to gain market share and increase the number of jobs for Construction Craft Laborers throughout the Northwest Region.
