We engage students through academic coursework and extracurricular programming, enabling them to kick-start their leadership development journeys and stretch their comfort zones. We conduct foundational research into how engineers lead in the workplace and in the classroom. Our team contributes to international scholarly discussions on leadership, teamwork, engineering ethics and equity. We engage with our industry partners through the Community of Practice on Engineering Leadership, providing a forum for forward-thinking engineering firms to exchange best practices and build networks.
