“Engineers leading change to build a better world.” We're passionate about offering transformative learning opportunities so that engineering students and professionals alike can develop success skills. The world demands engineers who are not only technically competent, but who are inspired to take the lead in tackling complex, global issues. We empower the whole engineer to maximize their potential and contribution to engineering and social innovation. We engage students through academic coursework and extracurricular programming, enabling them to kick-start their leadership development journeys and stretch their comfort zones. We conduct foundational research into how engineers lead in the workplace and in the classroom. Our team contributes to international scholarly discussions on leadership, teamwork, engineering ethics and equity. We engage with our industry partners through the Community of Practice on Engineering Leadership, providing a forum for forward-thinking engineering firms to exchange best practices and build networks. Our partners benefit from collaboration across otherwise distinct industries to develop the engineering leaders of tomorrow. Find out more at our Community of Practice page at engineeringleaders.ca.
