Orosz Properties is a privately-owned property management company located in Madison, Wisconsin. We have been a part of development, acquisition, and management, and our portfolio consists of a wide range of different property types, including single family homes through 12 story high-rise buildings. We have recently began purchasing properties that need a lot of attention and implementing complete remodels of the buildings.
