We sometimes go through times in our lives where we may feel unable to cope with the day to day stresses and strains of daily life. Our counselling service allows you to talk openly and without judgement to a fully trained counsellor. We have three counsellors based within the practice who all have different experience and fields of expertise, through a one to one free consultation we would discuss the reasons you feel you would like to see a counsellor and match you with someone suited to your needs. Through our experience as Counsellors it has become apparent that early intervention could prevent future mental health issues developing further into adulthood. We feel we owe it to others to give back to them good mental health and enjoy all aspects of life. These are fundamental, preventable issues that we can work with from all ages and gender.
