Developing teachers in instructional techniques, content knowledge, and workplace interaction through virtual one-on-one or group mentoring/coaching sessions provided by the owner- a nationally board certified and experienced educator and new teacher coach in both urban and suburban elementary through high school environments. The services provided here are affordable, personalized and available nationwide virtually to any and all teachers, regardless of where they are along their career path. Support available (individual, small group or all staff) include but are not limited to: • create a school wide professional development [PD] plan • deliver timely, purposeful PD sessions • meet with grade level teams during planning • content delivery coaching through mini lessons • practice and feedback with classroom management techniques • individualized mentoring based on teachers' needs
