HOBY PA-West's mission is to inspire and develop our global community of youth and volunteers to a life dedicated to leadership, service and innovation. Our non-profit organization is run and operated entirely by volunteers, including our Corporate Board. We host an annual State Leadership seminar for the 27 counties of western Pennsylvania which we serve. We aim to motivate and empower individuals to make a positive difference within our global society through understanding and action based on effective and compassionate leadership.
