Working primarily on Airbus, BAE Systems and Bombardier aerospace projects it became clear in the late 1990s there was a demand to increase our capacity. A significant investment in 2000 solved this by introducing larger premises, a new level of process automation to our production capability and the very best in surface treatments technology. Since then our capability has continued to develop and our customer base has grown significantly, both in the UK and in Europe. Our dedicated facility offers a comprehensive range of process capability including: Hardness testing Electric Conductivity testing Penetrant Flaw Detection Anodic Flaw Detection Chromic Acid Anodise Tartaric Sulphuric Anodise Chromate Conversion Abrasive Grit Blasting Glass Bead Blasting Zinc Spray Aluminium Spray Preparation for Electrical Bonding Abrasion Resistant Paint Dry Lubricant Bond Primer Conventional Primer and Topcoat Paint Schemes Ink-jet Marking We aim to complete non-complex work packages within 3-5 days of receipt but recognise sometimes our customers may need to fast-track work through final treatments as part of a schedule recovery plan or as a result of an urgent repair order. Therefore we offer our customers a premium 'Urgent Order Requirement' (UOR) or 'Aircraft On Ground' (AOG) service, which allow resource and lead-times to be tailored to meet specific needs. We have the following quality accreditations: AS9100 Rev C and BS EN 9100:2009, ISO 9001:2008 NADCAP AC7108 (Chemical Processes) NADCAP AC7114 (Penetrant Flaw Detection) We have a strong reinvestment culture and are committed to quality. We have decades of experience and are 100% committed to achieving or exceeding our lead times.
