TLA business Services is a business advice/coaching/management accountancy practice based in Worcester. Typically we deal with businesses who are already successful but aren’t getting the rewards they feel they should be getting from the work they’re putting in. Often they’re working all the hours under the sun, putting strain on their personal lives and not allowing them to persue their personal goals and interests, causing friction with those close to them. They may also feel that they can’t take any time away from the business for holidays or even sickness – that if they put a foot out the door, their whole business will collapse, taking away from any sort of security. Another common problem may be that they feel that they’re shooting in the dark a little bit and not having the information they need to make rational decisions, leaving them feeling slightly lost and even if a decision isn’t ‘bad’ it may not be as good as it could be in terms of moving them towards their goals.
