Tiffany Chance is the owner of Tiffany’s Properties and is a full-time, full-service REALTOR®, specializing in properties within Williamson and Travis County. She has lived in the Austin Area since 1985 and grew up in the Real Estate industry. In 2007, Tiffany attained her Real Estate license and assisted in opening a franchise with her mother. In her first year, Tiffany closed 13 transactions, selling over 2.7 million dollars of Real Estate. On average, Tiffany sells the properties she lists for sale (for owners/sellers) within 53 days on the market (based on 2009 and 2010 sales).
