Beach Yoga SoCal is Southern California's original beach yoga experience, established in 2008. We offer daily classes directly on the sand, next to the ocean, all year long! Classes range from beach yoga to sound bath to high intensity interval training - and everything in between. Classes are for all levels of experience.
