We provide Intensive Community Treatment services for persons with a persistent and serious mental illness who have not benefited to the fullest from traditional outpatient treatment. We have a team of professionals who provide support and assistance to our clients in natural community settings. We visit our clients at least three times a week to provide support and assistance in daily life activities along with counseling and education regarding symptom management and medications. We also provide after hours On-Call services to respond to urgent needs, crises, and other mental health emergencies from 5pm-8am Monday-Friday, and 24 hours on weekends and holidays.
