The American Society of Physicians (ASP) is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization that represents the national expansion of the pre-existing 501(c)(3) non-profit medical graduate advocacy group by the name of Washington Academy of International Medical Graduates (WAIMG). Membership is open to medical students, medical graduates, resident physicians, fully licensed physicians and non-physician community members who want to align themselves with the cause.
