Our Specialist Employment team work with individuals of all ability levels in their preparation for employment and/ or education. We offer a range of provision to enable individuals to identify their skills and work towards their goals. Our support is tailored to individual needs throughout. We offer a range of pre employment support - supporting individuals with confidence building, self esteem, communication strategies, anxiety management, independence, employability and self awareness. Our support starts at a level to suit the individual at whatever stage of their employability journey, we continue to support through to sustainable employment - working with employer and employee to ensure individuals are able to sustain employment long term.
