Passenger Services: Our Company assists passengers during the check-in process at the In Town Check Stations, Ferry Terminal, and Hong Kong International Airport. On their way to the departure gates, passengers could easily approach our information center, Airlines services desk, and Transfer desk for information inquiries or assistance. We also designate a team to accommodate the needs of VIPs and passengers who require special assistance, including elderly, unaccompanied minors and passengers with reduced mobility. 2. Ticketing & Passenger Information: Experienced Ticketing Services team answers information inquiries from passengers, handles Airline ticket reservation, ticket issuance, revalidation and disseminates the latest flight information at HAGSL information counters. 3. Baggage Services: We have a professional team that specializes in handling issues concerning baggage, which includes lost and found items and baggage tracing. We are also equipped with the World Tracer System to provide our customers with the latest information about their baggage. 4. VIP Lounge Services: As an expert in VIP services, our lounge team staff is trained with high standards of hospitality to provide professional services to passengers in lounges of customer airlines.
