The Board of Veteran CEOs was created to serve as confidant to sitting CEOs of midsize to large companies. Through the BoV, current CEOs gain access to retired CEOs of Fortune 1000s. With access, sitting CEOs are able to engage retired CEOs in discussions about the real time challenges they face in this economic environment. The BoV is invitation only for its bimonthly breakfast meetings. The meetings are attended by 10-15 sitting CEOs and 1 or 2 retired CEOs who lead the roundtable discussion. In addition to the breakfast, sitting CEOs have access to retired CEOs through one-on-one phone calls.
