Our vision is to create a world where kids are cared for and taught by adults who are happy. Happier adults make more teachers, leaders, and caregivers. We do this by helping K12 school and district leaders to create environments of thriving in their spaces by using research-based best practices for organizational wellbeing. We are unique in that we provide holistic approaches to school wellbeing and are heavily research-based. We want to make sure your core measures of wellbeing (e.g. retention) improve. While most school support programs focus exclusively on students and teachers by providing standalone training or curriculum, we focus on all stakeholders, and support often overlooked administrators to drive strategic positive change.
