We are the right choice for patients and families in Western North Carolina who want to experience the best quality of life possible for as long as possible. We've been caring for people living with serious, life-limiting illness since 1982. Our Compassionate Care teams are experienced in the medical specialties of palliative medicine, hospice and grief counseling. Our focus is on care versus cure. Compassionate Care Western North Carolina is a not-for-profit organization. Our care decisions are made at the bedside, not in a boardroom. Everything we do is guided by the wishes and goals of the patients and families. We are members of TELEIOS Collaborative Network, The Carolinas Center for End of Life Care and The Association foro Hospice and Home Care of North Carolina.
