Shanghai Baigao is part of a Portuguese industrial group (PECOL) founded in the city of Águeda (Portugal) in 1983. PECOL Group is the largest fasteners manufacturer in the Iberia Peninsula (Portugal and Spain) and amongst the largest in Europe. We have more than 600 workers in our factory in Portugal (certified with ISO 9001/2008 standard), we own other manufacturing plants in Spain and Italy, and business platforms established in 8 countries across Europe, Latin America, Asia and Africa. Overall, PECOL employs approximately 700 workers and has total revenue of more than 100 million USD. Our headquarters (150,000 m2) are comprised of a warehouse with storage capacity for 45,000 palettes, a surface metal coating and treatment plant, a plant specialized on manufacturing hard metal tools and technical parts and one of the largest cold stamping manufacturing units in Europe. Shanghai Baigao was established in 2008 as the production and quality control unit of PECOL in China. We currently produce and export to more than 10 countries in Europe, Latin America and Africa.
