However, as a Certified and Compliant FAA Part 107 business we are restricted from operating at night, near airports, over large crowds of people, over 400' AGL or beyond extended ranges where the drone is no longer visible. Certain waivers may be granted by the FAA, in which case ample planning time and coordination are required. Weather may also be a factor which prevents us from launching the craft and must be planned for and considered at all times. The sky is the limit!
