My Story is a three-part storytelling program that delivers a direct and tangible experience with empathy, diversity, community building. Empathy as a skill that is difficult to teach through classes, lectures, or manuals. The value of diversity can seem vague and abstract when explained through models and theories. And, community building is challenging in big organizations that have many separate groups of people who have trouble making it on to the side of campus, let alone have meaningful interactions. My Story addresses these challenges in a creative, engaging, and intimate way. We execute this process is executed through a three-part process.
