Donald E. McGinnis, Jr., J.D., P.C. was established in 1973 as a general practice firm to serve clients with a need for all types of representation. The firm evolved over the years to offer specialized service in several key areas of the law: divorce and family law, including child custody, child support, spousal support, and post-judgment issues, criminal law and driver’s license appeals and restoration. With the addition of David J. Chiappelli in 1999 and Lise M. Spresser in 2017, the firm has grown.
