A family-ran Quinta dos Fumeiros Lda from a village Ponte de Lima, situated in Northern Portugal, expanded its production of traditional smoked and stuffed meat products in 1988. Despite the production has raised and we started producing not just for the family members and friends but also for a bigger number of good home-made food lovers, we stay loyal to the slow handmade production resulting in characteristic smell and flavour of our products.
