P2 Knowledge is a HR/People organisation supporting start up and scale up organisations by providing excellent HR/People outcomes. Services range from providing simple HR/People services on a regular basis (when having a permanent employee is too expensive) through to supporting businesses with more complex activity such as organisational design, hiring strategies, people strategies, leadership and team development. As companies grow P2 Knowledge will support organisations to find their first HR/People permanent employee and support their transition into the business. P2 Knowledge works on a retained basis as well as on an ad-hoc project basis focussed on organisations in East Anglia and across the East of England.
