TriStars Training is a Victoria, British Columbia, swim, bike and run coaching company established in 2004. Head coach Carolyn Gebbie, and her husband Bob, have been involved in the sport of triathlon since 1999. What started as a fun way to get fit has evolved into a full-time passion for these Nationally Certified Triathlon Coaches. TriStars Training is geared for age-group athletes who want to train in one sport or in all three - swim, bike and run. The main goal is to train smart, train safely, and to have fun with a group of like-minded people – the TriStars Training Team. If you’re just starting out in the sport, or an experienced athlete who wants to improve your race times, TriStars Training is here for you. We pride ourselves on being a support system for our clients, and for providing quick and comprehensive responses to any questions or e-mail enquiries. On-line coaching is available and we are currently working with clients across Canada and in the US.
