IBEW Local 1245 represents approximately 20,000 members in areas of CA, NV, WA, ID and OR who work in a wide variety of fields. IBEW Local 1245 defends members' rights at the work site, at the bargaining table, at regulatory agencies, at city councils and state legislatures. Members are represented by a full-time professional staff and more than 1,000 job site shop stewards. IBEW Local 1245 is an affiliate of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, which represents hundreds of thousands of members in both the United States and Canada.
