With being in the IT business for 20+ years I have supported all kinds of IT infrastructures. Ranging from small businesses, supporting the network/security suite at federal hospital, to managing a network infrastructure that spanned all of Texas to the West coast. I am motivated and strive to resolve issues as quickly as possible so the customer can go about their day with no IT worries.
