The Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) is the self-funded Queensland Government statutory authority that administers the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008. Our vision is to make renting work for everyone. We provide accessible, targeted services statewide, including free and impartial tenancy information and support, rental bond management, dispute resolution, investigation and education services.
