We assist college-bound students to discern their academic, co-curricular, professional and social goals, and to identify and pursue a range of suitable university and college programs. Students working with Admissions 1 learn how to recognize relevant high school courses, enrichment opportunities, internships and summer programs that will help students to achieve their academic and professional objectives. We help students to develop, craft and polish their college applications through college essay writing workshops and one-on-one feedback. We do not write the essay for you; we help you to personalize your own unique essay – one that enables you to shine before admissions committees. Financial aid is an important concern. We assist students and their families to understand and manage the daunting college financial aid process. We are based in upstate New York’s Greater Capital District.
