Complete Leader
www.melindafellconsulting.com.auThe country, indeed the world, is amidst unprecedented change and disruption. From ravaging fires to deadly viruses and everything in between, recent events provide a glimpse into an emerging world of uncertainty. I started my business and the Complete Leader program to provide a means to empowering leaders - to enable the individual and organisations they are nested within. Combining a passion for mental health and leadership, I seized the opportunity to combine my decades of experience with leading research in psychology and neuroscience. Undergirding everything we do is one core value: Insight. In my career, I have seen too many people held back by their unwillingness to devote attention to themselves. A lack of understanding or insight into the self has always been at the core of the development of a leader. My work and by extension, the working philosophy of my program recognises that individuals can only operate at their peak level when they have a complete understanding of themselves. With the hard times that are on the horizon, we need our leaders operating at their peak. We need engaged, balanced, and adaptable leaders who can navigate the choppy waters that lie ahead. We need complete leaders. The call to action to create something better has perhaps never been more pertinent. With uncertainty and chaos the new norm, the leadership is perhaps the best resource we have against the social and economic fallout that lies ahead.
